Peter’s prior work includes a variety of executive, consulting and teaching roles including serving as a member of the Executive Committee for Harvard Business School Publishing (HBSP), Managing Director for Harvard Business School Publishing’s Corporate Learning business and Chief Learning Officer for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). At UNDP, he supported the training, development and knowledge management activities of the UNDP sustainable energy and environmental portfolio and the global implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Dr Niven Huang is the Managing Director of KPMG Sustainability Consulting in Taiwan since

Ratinan have more than 14 years of experience working as an investor relations, sustainability, and corporate communication for Thailand’s leading corporates in various sectors i.e. Banking, Finance, Food & Beverage, Commerce, and Media. She is currently the VP of Head of Investor Relations at Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited.Her passion is to strive to be a part of creating value for the company and the industry, which includes developing a solid company strategy to maximize long-term benefits for the environment, society, and shareholders, as well as to improve the quality of life for all stakeholders. Allan Barcena is the Assistant Vice President and Head of Corporate Support Functions at Energy Development Corporation (EDC), the largest pure renewable energy company in the Philippines and the largest integrated geothermal company in the world, and concurrently the Executive Director of the Net Zero Carbon Alliance (pronounced as NeZCA), the country’s first private sector-led initiative towards net zero.
EDC maintains a broad portfolio of CSR programs that cover education, environment, and community development. He is also the current Chairman of the Mount Apo Foundation, Inc. (MAFI) and Keitech Educational Foundation, Inc. (KEFI), both CSR foundations of EDC.

Sean Lees is the Regional Nature Pledge Coordinator for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Asia Pacific. In this capacity, Sean promotes work on biodiversity across various sectors, including finance, governance, economics, health, and conservation. Prior to this, Sean worked for UNDP as a Business and Human Rights Specialist, serving in this role since 2017. Focused on Asia, Sean advised policy makers and business leaders on international standards on managing sustainability risks in both human rights and environmental spheres. Sean has also worked for UNDP in various capacities including in Afghanistan, Iraq, Fiji and Sudan. Prior to his work with UNDP, Sean served in the Executive Office of the UN Secretary General in NY and as an attorney to the US Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Boston College Law School

Anna Maria M. Gonzales has more than 35 years of experience in housing, planning and the built environment, with 12 of those years spent as a corporate sustainability leader with Ayala Land Inc., one of the Philippines’ leading real estate companies. She has led the company’s corporate sustainability unit since 2011, and firmly established the company’s local and global ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) standing. She has embedded climate action and circular economy models into the company’s key result areas, crafting targets for GHG emissions reduction and use of waste plastic in the construction projects.
She leads a very competent team that oversees manages and analyzes the company’s ESG data, designs sustainability strategies, interventions and targets for its sustainable development focus areas, decarbonization and circular economy.
The team also established and manages the company’s seven private forest carbon sites in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to augment its carbon reduction targets in 2050.
Prior to Ayala Land, she worked on various projects and programs with non-profits, international aid agencies, government and communities, focusing on upgrading urban poor and indigenous people’s communities, participatory planning, cooperative housing policy research and local government capacity building, as well as large and medium-scale community infrastructure projects in 8 cities all over the country.
Educated as an architect and planner in the University of the Philippines in Diliman and the Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies, Erasmus University, the Netherlands, Anna was Hubert Humphrey Fellow for Urban and Regional Planning in Rutgers University in 2001. Her course on Urban Ecological Restoration at the International Urban Training Center in Gangwon-do, South Korea gave her hope that some anthropogenic damage can be reversed.

Mr. Robert Fox (“Bob”) is an experienced executive, lawyer, and consultant with a strong background in global and regional management, SMEs, and startups. He is Head of Climate Group, Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and Chairman of the Digital Economy/ICT group for JFCCT. Bob has previously served as CEO of a major Malaysian telecom operator and regional director Asia Pac for BT, with other senior executive roles in new launches in the digital sector in the Middle East and Asia. He was with Baker McKenzie and a founding senior executive as project director for Bond University, also on the University Council
In Thailand, he has developed policies on the Climate Governance (including the JFCCT strategy for “Net Zero with Integrity”) digital economy, AI governance, digital economy, data privacy, skills development, innovation, ESG and integrity in climate accounting and was the key person to being JFCCT into the KBank MoU as part of Thailand Climate Business Network. He has judged the Telecom Asia awards for seven years and startup pitches with Sasin (Bangkok Business Challenge). Bob's academic credentials include BA LLB ( UNSW) and a Master's from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, along with certifications in ICT and corporate governance. He is also a THAC certified mediator and was an AFS scholar.

Paul is a venture capitalist focusing on sustainability, and is a Venture Partner at The Radical Fund, an early stage VC firm with an investment mandate focused on inclusive climate solutions in Southeast Asia. His previous venture capital experiences include Partner & Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) at Gobi Partners, a pan-Asian venture capital firm with over US$1.5 billion of assets under management, and launching and managing Digital Ventures, Siam Commercial Bank’s US$100 million global corporate venture capital fund, which produced one of the top performing fintech CVC funds globally for its vintage.
Paul spent the early part of his career as an investment banker, working on IPOs, acquisitions, and private equity deals for global banks Deutsche Bank and Citigroup in Asia and New York, as well as boutique advisors Tonson Capital and Blackwood Ventures in Southeast Asia. He then worked as a business development and strategy executive for international retail companies, first with Thai retail conglomerate Central Group working on regional joint ventures and working on the company’s market entry into China and other Asian markets, and then facilitating Apple’s retail market entry and store expansion into Asian markets, opening flagship stores in China, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia, before joining Microsoft and advising on their China retail market entry strategy.
In addition to his work in venture capital, Paul is an active philanthropist and passionate advocate for girls’ education. He is a co-founder and active board director of the Amazing Maasai Girls Project, a U.S.-based 501c3 non-profit organization that aims to fight child marriage by sending Maasai girls in Kenya to high school. Since its founding in 2011, the organization has raised over US$750,000 in scholarship funds and has sent over 120 girls to school.
He has a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is currently pursuing his DBA at the Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University, doing research on gender funding gaps in Southeast Asia’s startup ecosystems.
